Online Academy – Engaging Members & Innovating Services

ACCIO is organising a new Online Academy dedicated to member engagement and service innovation, as part of the European Euromed Clusters Forward project, funded by the European Commission.

This online training is aimed at cluster teams from all industry sectors and offers three interactive sessions designed to explore new approaches to better meet members’ needs and strengthen the sustainability of clusters.

Programme highlights

Participants will have the opportunity to explore:

• How to design innovative, high-value services;
• How to contribute to the financial and overall sustainability of a cluster;
• Strategies to engage and retain members;
• Methods to better identify and address members’ needs and challenges.

An interactive programme

The Academy will take place over three online sessions, on 14, 17 and 23 September, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM CEST. The sessions will be held in English, without simultaneous interpretation.

Participants are expected to actively engage throughout the three-day programme by attending all sessions, taking part in interactive activities and completing any individual assignments requested by the trainers.

Applications

Interested participants are invited to apply by 28 August 2026. Applicants will be informed of the outcome of the selection process in early September.
