TRAINING – Master Class EBSOMED #2: a positive outcome and enhanced skills

In the framework of the EBSOMED project, ANIMA organized the second Master class dedicated to the dematerialization of business creation procedures, from May 3 to 5, 2023 in Rabat, Morocco. This Master class aimed to promote high-end digital tools and services contributing to improve the efficiency of the strategies of the targeted organizations through inspiring practices within the community of beneficiaries, including the EU. 

This second module of the cycle was hosted by AMDIE, as the host partner, which organized a study visit. The three-day intensive course brought together executives from economic development organizations from different Mediterranean countries, such as Egypt, France, Greece, Malta, Morocco and Tunisia;

Under the leadership of Lydie Cornand, participants benefited from an intensive learning experience, focused on the dematerialization of business creation procedures, which consists of digitizing and automating the various stages of the process of creating a company, so as to simplify administrative formalities and accelerate processing times. Either the use of digital tools to improve their activities, focusing on areas such as strategy, customer relations, communication, impact measurement, negotiation with companies and administrative procedures.

These speakers brought their expertise and in-depth knowledge in their respective fields, enriching the experience of the participants. The executives also shared their experiences and best practices in digitizing business processes in their respective countries. 

During this Master class, participants were also made aware of the challenges related to the implementation of dematerialization, as well as the issues of security and data protection. Collective intelligence workshops were organized to help participants implement dematerialization in their organization.

The training ended with a study visit to the Digital Development Agency, the catalyst for Morocco’s digital transformation, which is responsible for implementing the state’s digital development strategy and promoting digital tools. During this visit, the agency presented the actions carried out as part of its missions, focusing on the promotion of digital administration and the establishment of a normative framework for digital products and services. The CEO of Ribastis, founder of the portal Rokhass, also joined the visit to present their digital platforms;
