Consulting and support mission of the Cluster Menara

Within the framework of the TAM III Support Programme for Very Small, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, GIZ Morocco has mandated ANIMA to carry out a consultancy and support mission for the Menara cluster in Marrakech, which specialises in luxury cosmetics and agri-foodstuffs.

ANIMA supported the strategic development of the Menara cluster, which involved the development of partnerships and high added value service to members. Firstly, by strengthening existing services in the areas of capacity building, promotion and marketing, cooperation and access to finance. Secondly, by developing services aimed at the technological aspects of the companies.

The cluster’s development also focused on establishing an Innovation African Centre for the Menara Food and Cosmetics Cluster (CAIAC Menara), which allows to deploy such a range of services and provide long-term support to its members.
