Policy paper addressed at Jean-Claude Juncker the new President of the European Commission by six private investors networks, to advocate the creation of an E-Zone in Europe for innovators, entrepreneurs and investors, which would contribute to solving the problem of heterogenous legal framework in the European Union and address the challenges of competitveness, mobility of start-ups and talents.
