The eagerly anticipated gathering of creative and innovative minds is set to enchant the Parisian cultural scene with the Creation Africa Forum, taking place at the prestigious Gaîté Lyrique in Paris and the CNAM from October 6th to 8th, 2023. This event, organized with the support of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Culture, in partnership with the French Agency for Development, Business France, the Public Investment Bank (Bpifrance), and the French Institute, offers a captivating immersion into the artistic and creative fabric of Africa, spotlighting the cultural and creative industries (CCI) of the continent.

Creation Africa: The First Forum for Cultural and Creative Industries

The Creation Africa Forum serves as a pioneering precursor to MansA, the future Maison des Mondes Africains. It is designed as a platform to facilitate meetings, expertise exchange, and talent showcasing. This initiative is characterized by its innovative approach aimed at reimagining perspectives and recognizing the close connections between Europe and Africa. This vision, initially launched during the Africa2020 Season and brought together by nearly 1000 partners in France and across the African continent, as well as at the New Africa-France Summit held in Montpellier two years ago, continues to progress through the Creation Africa Forum.

What’s on the Agenda

About the Project

Led by a consortium formed by Business France and ANIMA, the REA-BRIDGE Africa project aims to contribute to the strengthening and development of the African entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystem, bridging it with the French ecosystem. The project’s challenge lies in creating a harmonious community of entrepreneurship actors forming a network of networks (African Entrepreneur Networks) of all sizes, from 3 to 250 entrepreneurs, operating in various sectors (agriculture, audiovisual, cultural industries, etc.).
