CONFERENCE – Women in Tech

On the occasion of the International Women’s Rights Day, ANIMA will intervene for the 7th consecutive year in a conference on the role and place of women in Tech organised by Descartes Développement & Innovation, member of the ANIMA network, on 8 March 2023 from 12:00 to 14:00 online.

While in France almost all professions have moved towards parity, the technology sector, which is the driving force of our economy through the creation of value and jobs, stands out for its flagrant under-representation of women.

The round table will highlight the gender imbalance in scientific training, technological companies, the creation of start-ups and access to capital for these companies founded by women. The speakers will share their experiences and present existing and future initiatives to ensure that women find their place in the tech industry and actively participate in building the economy of the 21st century.
