Studies and mappings
Every year, ANIMA conducts studies which generally aim to highlight business and investment opportunities in the southern and eastern Mediterranean markets, to evaluate a challenge facing the countries in the region, or to map an industry or an area of the economic activity.
Since 2003, ANIMA has carried out more than 70 studies on the economy of the southern and eastern Mediterranean countries, including some 20 sector monographs and value chain studies, business and investment guides, 15 reports analysing the attractiveness of Mediterranean countries for investors, several mappings of the private equity in the region, as well as of the organisations supporting innovation.
The studies produced by ANIMA have also drawn the attention of the economic and political community of the Mediterranean area to new topics: private equity in 2007, financing innovation in 2009, the growing role of diaspora investment in 2010, socially responsible investment in 2010, the measure of social and environmental impacts in 2013, etc.
