Cooperation and project engineering
Since 2013, ANIMA has been developing a cooperation project engineering service which consists of supporting the network’s member organisations in detecting and answering to calls for proposals. ANIMA thus provides advices, from the identification of funding opportunities to the technical formulation of a cooperation project.
In 2020, this service evolves towards a more global project engineering offer in the form of delegated operational management integrating the setting up, implementation and closing of the project.

Non-members: our delegated engineering offer is today open to any public or private economic development organisation for its collaborative projects in the Mediterranean.
Support at all stages of the project cycle
- Define your priorities for cooperation
- Identify funding opportunities and calls for proposals in line with your needs
- Search for partners with complementary skills & position yourself in consortia
- Write & develop a technical proposal in response to the selected call for proposals funding
- Steering your project: technical, administrative and financial implementation as a delegated operator
- Monitor & evaluate the project implementation using monitoring & evaluation tools; reporting
