To achieve its goals, the consortium will focus on developing the capacity of innovation actors in Lebanon and help strengthen partnerships and build links with European countries and diaspora networks to access international markets.
ANIMA will lead the international collaboration component of Lebanon Innovate, initially based on a study of European industrial networks and their partnership needs, to connect them with Lebanese innovators and foster partnerships in research and commercialization. ANIMA will also mobilize the Lebanese diaspora to contribute to the development of these linkages, as will the EBN through its connection with the EU-BIC community.
Finally, ANIMA will carry out a capacity building action for eight cooperation offices of innovation centers to enable them to increase their participation in international consortia, especially with European funding.
