CONFERENCE & B2B – ANIMA took part in Ambition Africa as part of the REA-BRIDGE Africa project

Under the high patronage of President Emmanuel Macron and with crucial support from the Ministry of the Economy, Finance, Industrial and Digital Sovereignty, as well as the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the fifth edition of the Ambition Africa forum took place from October 17 to 18, 2023. This event, which has become an annual staple in Franco-African relations, brought together ministers, ambassadors, and business delegations from across the African continent.

The 2023 edition of Ambition Africa proved to be a significant event for exchanges. It gathered French and African officials during a plenary session, highlighting the importance of bilateral relations and economic partnerships. In addition to this plenary session, the event offered sector-specific and cross-cutting thematic workshops, as well as targeted B2B business meetings.

During this event, the delegation of African entrepreneurs convened for the final event of the project. They also had the opportunity to share their experiences and the opportunities presented by the REA-BRIDGE Africa project and such events.

Moreover, networking cocktails provided informal moments to establish contacts and strengthen partnerships.

Ambition Africa is renowned for being a predominantly B2B-oriented event, and this year was no exception. High-level conferences were at the heart of the event, providing a platform for discussions on investment opportunities, business partnerships, and the challenges faced by companies in Africa.

This event offered a unique platform to showcase the work of the REA-BRIDGE Africa project and to establish new partnerships. The delegation contributed to networking, the dissemination of best practices, and the promotion of investment opportunities in Africa. The week continued with a soft-landing mission in Marseille.
