The French Institut de Recherche pour le développement presents the vision of a public research organisation that supports innovation and entrepreneurship local ecosystems thanks to technical and academic high profiles from Diaspora. The presentation has been delivered in the framework of the EUROMED Invest Academy EXPO 2015 “The Mediterranean, a gateway to Africa” (Milan, 8-9 October 2015).
