TRAINING – Cluster Online Academy “How to build your development strategy as mediterranean cluster”

As part of the Euromed Clusters Forward project, ANIMA Investment Network is organizing the ” How to build your development strategy as mediterranean Cluster ” training course on May 10, 12 and 22 at 2023 in partnership with TEAM Henri-Fabre.  Une formation inter-entreprise autour de la construction et du déploiement de stratégies sectorielles à destination des clusters en Méditerranée et Afrique du Nord (clusters manager et entreprises membres).

Course presentation

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

– Build a sector strategy to ensure the development of their cluster

– Build a solid and sustainable business model

– Implement the sector strategy in their own cluster;

Given the international audience, training is provided in English, by videoconference via Zoom or Teams and access to the Miro online collaborative platform;

Training targets and eligibility criteria

The course is offered to members of the Anima network’s beneficiary clusters, as well as to managers and members of the companies concerned, located in the Mediterranean – North Africa region: Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestine and Tunisia, and in the following sectors: automotive and aerospace, mechanical engineering and mechatronics, and logistics;

Participants must also be registered on the ECCP platform;

Schedule and registration

The training includes:

– 3 digital workshops of 3 hours each, in English, supplemented by personal work to be carried out between each session (9h), for a total duration of 18h;

The training consists of collaborative workshops that enable highly personalized, interactive learning by doing

– Back-office preparation of these sessions (method, tools, support)

Euromed Clusters Forward is offering 15 free accesses worth 800 euros per participant.
